The Patient Portal is a secure web-based system which allows our patients realtime access to key elements of their medical record including:
- Lab results
- Scheduled appointments
- Health alerts
In addition, two-way messaging allows our patients to contact the office electronically, and also allows the doctors and office staff to communicate with patients. Bypassing voicemails and telephone trees, this will help promote good communication while respecting everybody's unique schedules.
For security reasons, we cannot routinely register our patients for the portal over the phone
Once you sign up for the portal, we do assume you will use it - so any nonurgent communications will be sent to you online. This means that if you do not sign in, or do not report problems, you may miss important information. If you ever decide you would rather forego the portal please let us know and we'll deactivate your account.
While most of our patients have experienced no difficulties, from time to time there are technical questions. Our staff can only provide only very limited technical support. So if you encounter any problems, please read the following page first. If our staff cannot help you on the phone, they will report the problem and try to let you know when it is solved.
